Benefits

• Choice of best air tools with few moving parts
• Range of hammers, chisels and breakers
• Heavy duty powerful, high output tools

There are four specific types of hammers:
• Standard Pick hammers
• Vibration Damped Pick hammers
• Chipping Hammers
• Tunneling Mole Hammers

There are two versions of pick hammers – standard build and vibration reduced models. The vibration-reduced models offer increased operator comfort. Both types are ergonomically designed with D-handles and outside trigger for ease of use. There are round and hexagon chuck options with screwed or latch retainer to suit all applications. These are powerful high output tools in a robust design with the minimum of components, which give a long reliable working life. A built-in oiler provides integral lubrication for longer tool life and efficient operation.

Standard Pickhammers
CTP10-B has a weight of 9 kg and a 25x72mm shank. CTP10-D is the same weight but has a 25x82mm shank. The CTP10-DZ is slightly heavier at 10 kg. They all have a vibration level of 13.32m/s2 and a noise level of 105 dB.

The CTP12-B has a weight of 13 kg and a 25x72mm shank. CTP12-D is the same weight but has a 25x82mm shank. The CTP10-DZ is slightly heavier at 14 kg. They all have a vibration level of 9.1m/s2 and a noise level of 105 dB.

All models have an operating air pressure of 4-7 bar.

Vibration Damped Pickhammers
CTP10V-B has a weight of 10 kg and a 25x75mm shank. CTP10V-D is the same weight but has a 25hex x 82mm shank. The CTP10-DZ is slightly heavier at 11 kg with the same shank size as the CTP10-D model. They all have a vibration level of 5.1m/s2 and a noise level of 101 dB.

The CTP12V-B has a weight of 12 kg and a 25x72mm shank. CTP12-D is the same weight but has a 25hex x 82mm shank. The CTP12-DZ is slightly heavier at 13 kg. They all have a vibration level of 3.8m/s2 and a noise level of 102 dB.

Chipping Hammers
The chipping hammer is a light, well-balanced tool ideal for surface dressing. The stepless throttle control provides progressive increase in hammering power allowing full control of the cutting tool in any situation. The air inlet position can be changed to provide the most convenient working position, horizontal or vertical.

The CTC4 weighs 4 kg and has a 19hex s 50mm shank. The CTC5 and CTC6 have the same shank. The CTC5 weighs 5 kg and the CTC6 weighs 5.7 kg.

Tunneling Mole Hammers
A tunneling mole hammer or a pneumatic piercing hammer (Models CTM 80 – 130) is used to create accurate trenchless horizontal bores beneath roads and railways. There are CTM Extension Heads to extend the mole diameter, but they cannot be used in reverse mode. Special reinforced hoses for moles, can be connected 1 or 2 to the mole.

As well as our pneumatic hammers, we have other air tools such as chisels and breakers. Any machine in this line is heavy duty with top quality, speed and safety as standard features. We also provide spare parts when needed. Industrial uses depend on the type of construction work, point of impact or demolition duty required.
